Big Dreamers ABA in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming with a small caseload in a hybrid in-home and remote role.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with Maryland requirements while collaborating with families for consistent care.

We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Annapolis, MD and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
