House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven, fully remote team. Must reside in MD, CO, or FL and bring 2+ years of ABA experience. This W2, salaried role offers flexible scheduling, PTO, and strong clinical support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Case Management & Oversight: Deliver quality care and guide RBTs with strong clinical insight and communication.
• Remote Supervision: Support families and RBTs virtually while ensuring fidelity and compassionate implementation.
• Assessments & Planning: Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter care.
• Collaboration: Communicate with caregivers, team members, and schools to drive the best outcomes.
• Ethics & Excellence: Stay aligned with BACB guidelines, payer policies, and compliance standards.
• Growth Support: Play a role in expanding our reach and improving systems as we grow into new regions.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are a BCBA with current licensure/certification in MD, CO, or FL
