Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid position allows clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible Nebraska behavior analyst licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
