Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role lets you work mainly remotely with one required in-person visit per month.

You will assess behavior, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical practice. The position supports licensure goals and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current license.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
