Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska. This hybrid role emphasizes remote work with one required in-person visit per month, enabling flexible scheduling while maintaining direct patient contact.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress in children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst or willingness to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
