Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month. You will assess behavior, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and engage families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications include Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain) and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience with autism/ developmental disabilities is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Compensation
  • Up to $80/hour
  • Rates are negotiable based on experience
  • Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
  • No minimum or maximum caseload requirements

  • LBA Expansion Program with support and reimbursement for additional state licensure
