Job summary

EverCare ABA in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive team in a hybrid role. You will design and implement ABA programs, collaborate with families and school teams, and provide direct instruction to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA® or BCaBA® certification in good standing with the BACB®
• Valid COBA license
• Demonstrated expertise in developing treatment protocols, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs using ABA principles
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and therapists to implement ABA practices across home, community, and school settings
• Hands-on experience delivering direct instruction and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
• Track record of training staff, parents, and caregivers on ABA procedures and implementation fidelity

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and programs
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and educators across home, community, and school settings
• Provide direct instruction and monitor client progress and data collection
