Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Cary, NC team in a center-based role with a flexible schedule. The role offers a hybrid arrangement (4 days in center, 1 day remote) and a compensation package that reflects leadership responsibilities within a BCBA-led organization.

The successful candidate will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop individualized ABA plans, and lead caregiver training while collaborating across disciplines to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan through functional behavior assessments and individualized goals.
• Empower families with monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.

Compensation That Reflects Your Value

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $112,000

Sign-on Bonus:

$5,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus in addition to compensation package offered!

What Would You Be Doing?

As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will

• Lead & Supervise: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & Plan: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
• Empower Families: Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
• Coordinate Care: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
