Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks a BCBA to lead in-home ABA services for children with autism in the Fayetteville/Sanford area of NC, with hybrid work options.

You will supervise RBTs/BTs, design and implement evidence-based plans, and mentor staff while collaborating with families, clinicians, and educators to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation That Reflects Your Value

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Dependent on experience
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $112,000

As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will

• Empower Families: Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.

What Do You Bring to the Role?
