Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Cary, NC is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team. This center-based opportunity features a flexible schedule: 4 days in center and 1 day from home, with a competitive compensation package and sign-on bonus.

You'll lead and supervise RBTs, perform functional assessments, develop individualized plans, and coach families through monthly training. Our BCBA-led organization emphasizes growth, supervision, and a mission-driven impact on children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation That Reflects Your Value

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $112,000

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus in addition to compensation package offered!

What Would You Be Doing?

As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will

• Assess & Plan: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
• Empower Families: Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
• Coordinate Care: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.

What Do You Bring to the Role?
