Job summary

One of the Kids in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to join our multidisciplinary ABA, Speech and OT team on our award-winning campus.

The role features a very small caseload of 4-5 FTE clients, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends. We offer a competitive salary of $75,000–$95,000 plus a 10% quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, and CEU support.

Life at One of the Kids:

We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team:

• Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA related experience preferred but not required.
• VERY small caseload of 4-5 full time equivalent clients (approximately 150 direct therapy hours under supervision).
• Center-based in Cedar Park/ North Austin Area. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours.
