The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and shape individualized treatment plans in a hybrid work model in Chicago, IL. You will coach RBTs and Lead Therapists, analyze client data, and collaborate with families to promote client progress across settings.

Applicants must hold a master’s degree in ABA, an active BCBA certification, and an Illinois LBA credential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinically, coach teammates, and drive high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
• Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
• Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development
