Job summary

The Place For Children With Autism is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs and mentor RBTs in Cicero, IL. You will shape individualized treatment plans and coach staff to drive outcomes for children with autism.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a small caseload of 6-8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
  • Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
  • Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
  • Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development

  • Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
