Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism in Chicago, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs at Mount Greenwood. You will shape treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to promote progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising RBTs and leading teams in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients with a 28-hour billable target.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-based ABA plans.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and leaders.
  • Analyze data trends, monitor fidelity, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with families with progress updates and coaching.
  • Lead interdisciplinary clinical team discussions and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
  • Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
  • Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
  • Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development
