Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.

The role offers a flexible hourly schedule, ongoing clinical support, and professional development opportunities, including tuition discounts and a BCBA prep program. NJ LBA license is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and mentoring staff.
• Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work in a center-based clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes.

What You Bring & Who You Are

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.

• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA)
