Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Bound Brook, NJ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Director Track at the Bound Brook Center. This full-time, center-based role offers hybrid flexibility and leadership opportunities within our ABA program.

You will oversee ABA programming, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families, and use data-driven decisions to drive meaningful progress for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• NJ LBA license and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals based on data.
• Provide ongoing supervision/training to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor progress and modify programs using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results & client needs.
• Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, & high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes & team development.

What You Bring & Who You Are

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA)
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate, & committed to quality care.
• Strong understanding of ethical & evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a center-based clinical environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth & development.
