Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programming at our Kearny center. This full-time, center-based role offers hybrid flexibility and remote work up to one day per week for eligible cases.

You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families, collect data, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services. NJ Licensure required; BACB certification active.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs.
• Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a center-based clinical environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
