Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-person team in Loudoun and surrounding counties. The role includes conducting evaluations, developing intervention plans, and providing therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while staying updated on best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required or pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Active CPR certification; willingness to obtain if needed.
  • Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention and treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care solutions.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
  • Stay informed on current research and best practices.

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000

What You'll Do

As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
  • Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
What You Bring

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, students pursuing their masters degree in ABA are highly encourage to apply.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
  • Reliable transportation
  • Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
  • Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
