Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a BCaBA for full-time or part-time in-person/hybrid work. Responsibilities include assessments, behavior plans, and family support, with supervision of BTs/RBTs and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Requires BCaBA certification, a BA/BS in ABA or related field, experience with autism, strong communication skills, empathy, and CPR certification. Background checks and physical tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• BCaBA Certification required or in progress.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children and autism/ developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and CPR certification.
• Able to pass background checks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
