Magical Moments AB in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team. You will maintain small caseloads and deliver data‑driven ABA in clients’ natural environments (home, daycare, school, community).

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs (15–20%), developing BIPs, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring progress.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• IN LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
