Magical Moments is seeking a BCBA-certified behavior analyst to join our collaborative team serving children and families in North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction, and supervise RBTs while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
NC LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
HIPAA familiarity and clinical documentation standards.
Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
