Job summary

Magical Moments AB in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an on-site team dedicated to ethical, high-quality care and professional development. We emphasize mentorship, collaboration, and warm support for staff.

You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and ensure data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing with BACB.
• IN LBA license required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong grounding in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• HIPAA familiarity and proper clinical documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture.
