Magical Moments is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Marietta, GA. You will work with a hands-on Chief Clinical Officer in a warm, collaborative environment that values ethical, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs (15–20% of hours), and coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams while using data to refine treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• GA LBA license in good standing or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
