Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA for a full-time clinical role in North Carolina. You will design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy, with a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and trauma-informed care.

We offer realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, a quarterly bonus program, strong supervision for RBTs, and a comprehensive benefits package to support ongoing professional growth.

Salary Description

Up to $115,000/year + quarterly bonus
