Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a board-certified BCBA to provide clinical oversight and develop individualized behavior plans for children. You will mentor RBTs, design data-driven interventions, and collaborate with families and schools to support progress.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
