Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services with children in Laurel, MD. You will oversee assessments, create individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to drive progress.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decisions, ongoing clinical mentorship, and a supportive team culture that values clinicians’ growth and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team‑focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill‑acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data‑driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
