Blue Gems ABA in South Carolina seeks a BCBA to lead clinical services with oversight of RBTs and program development. You will assess clients, design individualized plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure effective outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment decisions, caregiver training, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.
