Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA in Maryland to lead assessments, design individualized treatment programs, and supervise RBTs. You will deliver data-driven interventions, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure meaningful progress for children.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, supervision, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team culture. A competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
