Job summary

Headrise AVA is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. The role offers hourly pay of $75–$100 and a $500 sign-on bonus, with part-time options in person, hybrid or remote to support work-life balance.

The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, support families, and track client progress through data-driven treatment plans, ensuring ethical standards are upheld while expanding clinical leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• NJ LBA license preferred; may be required soon.
