Job summary

Headrise AVA seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism in New Jersey. The role includes supervising Behavior Technicians, supporting families, and driving client progress.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, NJ LBA license (preferred/soon required), and strong leadership and communication skills. Prior autism experience is valued.
