Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking a Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. Earn $75–$100 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus, plus opportunities for in person, remote, or hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising Technicians, data-driven progress tracking, and parent training while maintaining ethical standards and strong family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• LBA license issued by the State of New Jersey preferred and may be required soon.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
