Job summary

Headrise AVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. Earn $75–$100/hour and a $500 sign-on bonus. Part-time opportunities are available with in-person, remote, or hybrid scheduling.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, support families, and track client progress with data-driven plans, while maintaining high ethical standards. This role offers growth potential and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license preferred and will be required in the near future.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
