Responsibilities and Duties:
Midwest Autism & Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Woodbury team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, mentoring clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and supporting the continued growth and success of our programs.
As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical excellence by maintaining appropriate clinician-to-client ratios, ensuring individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, and promoting evidence-based practices across your team. You will provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment.
