We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Williamsburg, Virginia who wants schedule flexibility, leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children and families through evidence-based ABA services.

You’ll step into a clinical leadership role focused on overseeing ABA treatment programs for children ages 2–17. You'll provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You’ll practice in Williamsburg, Virginia, a historic community known for its colonial charm, family-friendly atmosphere, and excellent quality of life with convenient access to Richmond, Norfolk, and the Virginia coast.

• Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 based on experience
