Admire ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead behavioral assessment, design and monitor intervention plans, and supervise technicans in a supportive setting.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care. A strong commitment to ethics and confidentiality is essential as you guide growth and program development.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is required and current in good standing.
  • Experience supervising staff and collaborating with families.
  • Strong communication, ethical practice and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans per best practices and ethics.
  • Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and staff.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of progress and plans per policies.
  • Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions.
  • Ensure programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
  • Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
