Job summary

Headrise AVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey for a part-time role. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized ABA treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and train families while tracking progress and maintaining documentation.

The position offers flexible scheduling with in-person/remote/hybrid options and pays $75–$100 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus, reflecting the emphasis on experience and caseload.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required, Licensure in NJ preferred or soon to be required.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
