Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, and parent training across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona.

You will work with a back-office team to focus on clinical excellence. The position offers part-time and full-time options, with compensation ranging from $90.00 to $115.00 per hour based on experience,

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus, though not required.
  • Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
