Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical excellence across NC, GA, and AZ. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and training parents, with services delivered in-home, in daycares, and schools.

The successful candidate will hold an active BCBA certification and a master’s degree in a related field, with strong communication and leadership skills. North Carolina LBA eligibility is required or in process.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; dedication to making a difference.
  • Bilingual a plus, though not required.
  • Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

  • Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
