Job summary

Island Cove Behavioral Pediatrics is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, oversee behavior plans, and supervise clinical staff across clinic, home, and school-based services.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to drive meaningful outcomes for children aged 2–12 while maintaining high ethical standards and data-driven practice.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home/school-based services.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful outcomes for clients.
