Job summary

Behavioral Intervention for Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a per diem basis in Coral Springs, Florida. You will assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans, supervise and train behavior analysts and assistants, and provide parent training to empower families.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate data, and participate in staff development opportunities, contributing to high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Per Diem) - Join Our Team in Coral Springs, Florida!

At Behavioral Intervention for Autism, we're dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our Per Diem team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing clients and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
  • Supervising and training behavior analysts and assistants to ensure high-quality therapy services
  • Providing parent training and education to empower families to support their child's development
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans for clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and data to track client progress
