Job summary

North Berkshire School Union in Clarksburg, FL, is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year to join our student support services team. The BCBA will promote positive behavioral outcomes for PreK–8 students across our schools.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and developing BIPs, collaborating with teachers and administrators, and providing staff training to implement evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible for NY supervision.
• Experience conducting FBAs in school settings is essential.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and administrators.
• Proficiency in data-based decision making and progress monitoring.
