Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative clinical environment. You will analyze data, train caregivers, and coordinate with families, schools, and other professionals.

• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs

What We're Looking For
