Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in South Jordan, Utah. This role involves leading and supporting paraprofessionals, conducting assessments, and implementing behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required.
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings.

Responsibilities

• Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
• Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
• Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
• Providing parent trainings
• Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.

Skills

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
