Job summary

Ahead ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our in-home ABA program. You will choose your own hours and caseload, enabling a flexible schedule while delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, running assessments, and partnering with families across Montgomery County. Compensation is $105 to $115 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• In-home ABA experience and Montgomery County familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and monitor progress.
• Run functional assessments and data collection.
• Partner with families in the in-home ABA program across Montgomery County.
