Ahead ABA in Germantown, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. We provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Montgomery County.

As a BCBA with us, you will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow. We pay $105 to $115 an hour, and you can set a caseload and schedule that works for you.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
