Ahead ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Gaithersburg, MD team. You will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow.

We offer in-home ABA therapy across Montgomery County. An active BCBA and a master's in ABA are required, with supervision experience a plus. Set your own caseload and schedule.

Job description

Ahead ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. We provide in home ABA therapy to children with autism across Montgomery County. As a BCBA with us, you will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow.

We pay $105 to $115 an hour, and you can set a caseload and schedule that works for you.

You will need an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
