Job summary

Ahead ABA in Rockville, MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA program. You can choose your own hours and caseload, offering flexibility alongside strong clinical work.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run functional assessments, and partner with families across Montgomery County to support meaningful progress for clients. Must hold an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with in-home ABA programs preferred.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs during sessions.
