Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team for full-time or part-time opportunities. We offer sign-on and relocation bonuses and pay up to $95,000 yearly, bi-weekly, depending on state.

Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, designing treatment plans, supervising ABA technicians, and communicating assessment results to families. Travel between assignments may be required, with a flexible work environment.

• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Job Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certificate
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver’s license
• BCBA (Required)
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Manageable case loads

Work Schedule and Travel

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Up to 25% travel
