Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Savannah, GA for a full-time role. The position offers a starting rate of $95k per year, with final compensation determined by experience and education. A sign-on bonus, relocation up to $15k, and student loan forgiveness up to $24k are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
