Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Gainesville, GA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. You will design and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional and preference assessments to tailor interventions.

Starting rate is $95,000 per year with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. A relocation package up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000 are available,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

What You’ll Do
